Emergency First Aid Course

First actions
that save lives.

CPR/AED and bleeding control you can trust. Hands-on training for everyday people who want to act fast, stay calm, and do the most good.

What it is

A practical first aid course blending CPR/AED with TECC-informed bleeding control and care steps you can use right away.

Who it's for

First-time learners and teams or families doing an annual refresher. No medical background needed.

Why it matters

Minutes matter. Clear steps and calm action keep someone alive until EMS arrives.

Three Principles

Training Philosophy

01

Safety First

Scene safe → then care. We check hazards before touching anyone, and we stop if it becomes unsafe.

02

Immediately Usable

Simple steps, plain language, no jargon. If you needed it tonight, you could use what you learned.

03

Tailored to You

Home, work, and travel risks shape what we practice—modules built around your real world.

What You'll
Walk Away With

Assess → Call → Care Loop

A clear sequence you can run under stress—every time.

CPR & AED Confidence

Solid technique with timing, depth, and team handoffs.

Bleeding Control

Direct pressure, tourniquets, and wound packing—TECC-informed.

Airway & Shock Support

Basic airway steps and simple shock prevention you can do right now.

Kit Plan

A build-and-maintain list for home, car, or workplace.

Emergency first aid training
Core — 4 Hours
CPR/AED + bleeding + 2–3 scenarios
Extended — 8 Hours
Core + modules + kit build time

Five Pillars

Applied through a medical lens

Mindset

Decide to help. Stay calm. Do the most good.

Awareness

Scan hazards, count patients, locate the AED, recruit helpers.

Communication

Short, clear tasks: "You—call 911. You—bring the AED."

Endurance

Breathe and pace yourself. Steady beats frantic every time.

Response

Assess → Call → Care → Handoff → Review.

5C

The Care
Method

A five-step sequence you can run under pressure—every time, in any emergency.

1

Assess

Check safety, responsiveness, breathing, and major bleeding.

2

Call

Get 911 early; give location and what you see clearly.

3

Care

Fix the biggest problems first—CPR/AED, bleeding, airway.

4

Handoff

Give EMS the key facts and times; step back when they arrive.

5

Review

Clean up, restock, and note lessons learned.
