Every ARDENT recruit begins their journey with a deep dive into our standard operating procedures (SOPs), including the legal frameworks that define professional security work. 

Familiarizing yourself with SOPs is vital; they cover everything from general responsibilities to site-specific tasks, emphasizing compliance, attention to detail, and situational awareness. You’ll learn essential protocols for:

• Patrol and Surveillance Techniques: Our officers are trained in both static and mobile surveillance, using proven methods to maximize coverage and incident prevention.
• Incident Reporting: Detailed reporting isn’t just a formality—it’s a key responsibility. Accurate, timely documentation of incidents upholds transparency and trust with clients and enhances operational efficiency.
• Conflict De-Escalation: Knowing how to manage conflicts calmly and effectively is crucial. We train officers in techniques that prioritize safety, clarity, and professionalism.

2. Gear and Uniform Standards

Professional appearance is a non-negotiable at ARDENT. Our training includes uniform inspections where you’ll be guided on maintaining a polished, authoritative look. Each recruit learns to keep their gear functional and ready for every shift. 

Our inspection process is thorough, with scoring that reflects ARDENT’s high standards—officers scoring below a certain threshold are required to undergo corrective measures to ensure consistent professionalism.

3. Field Training and Practical Experience

To bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world application, recruits complete field training with experienced supervisors. During these sessions, you’ll practice patrols, access control, and customer service, gaining hands-on experience in essential security tasks. 

Supervisors conduct assessments to ensure recruits understand and can execute their responsibilities according to ARDENT’s standards. This phase allows new officers to build confidence and adaptability, both critical in real-world scenarios.

Security technology is rapidly evolving, and ARDENT uses state-of-the-art tools to enhance our services. From advanced surveillance systems to mobile reporting software, you’ll learn how to use these tools effectively. Training covers:

• CCTV Monitoring and Analytics: Learn to monitor surveillance feeds and analyze footage for potential security risks.
• Geo-Fencing and Inactivity Alerts: With geo-fencing, we can monitor officers’ locations and activities, ensuring complete coverage and immediate response if needed.
