When Discretion Matters in Palm Beach, Who Do You Call?
ARDENT covers Palm Beach County with Officers across the county and Agents trained for discreet work. Executive Protection, Guard Services, Fire Watch, and Event Security, from the estates to the office parks, handled quietly.
A County Where Quiet Is the Point.
Palm Beach runs on discretion. An estate on the island, a family office, a charity gala, a medical practice, a campus in Boca Raton. What they share is a low tolerance for drama and a high one for professionalism. ARDENT works these properties with Officers and Agents who understand that the best presence is the one nobody has to think about.
Built for private clients
Estate coverage, executive protection, and event details where privacy is the deliverable. Agents who protect people without disrupting their day.
Ready when it can't wait
A provider that no-showed, a sudden exposure, or a fire panel down tonight. Our Emergency Response Team is a standing bench kept ready for exactly that, often on site within 24 hours, and Fire Watch sooner.
The same standard, every site
A single gala or Officers on your property every day, the standard doesn't change. Post orders written for your site, Supervisor checks, and reporting you'll actually read.
Discretion is the tone. In Palm Beach, the work takes four forms.
Four Ways We Protect What You Value.
Whatever sent you looking, it's probably one of these. Each is run the same way across the county, and each has its own page if you want the detail.
Executive Protection
Discreet close protection for executives, families, physicians, and public figures. Advance planning, judgment over headcount, and a presence sized to the actual risk. In Palm Beach, this is often the first call.
Learn moreGuard Services
Armed and unarmed Officers for communities, estates, businesses, and campuses. Site-specific post orders, ERT site checks, and reporting sent to you.
Learn moreEvent Security
Access control and crowd management for galas, fundraisers, and private events, planned around your venue and your guest experience instead of a guard count.
Learn moreFire Watch
Code-compliant Fire Watch when a fire system goes down, often on site fast. Foot patrol, a real written log, and coordination with your building's fire official.

Putting an Officer on a Post
Is the Easy Part.
The ARDENT Operating Standard is the name we give to five things that happen around every Officer we place, on every Palm Beach site, whether it's one night or five years.
Post Orders for Your Site
Written for your property, built with you during startup, and kept current as the site changes.
Trained, Vetted Officers
Every ARDENT Officer completes 16 hours of ARDENT training on top of Florida's required 40-hour Class D certification, before they ever stand a post.
ERT Site Checks
Scheduled and unannounced. An Emergency Response Team Officer verifies the post against the orders, then tells you what they found.
Reporting You'll Read
Clear, concise, complete, accurate. Sent to you. Not filed somewhere for us.
A 30-Day Startup
Six defined phases, from assessment to first shift. A process, not a hope.
Most security problems aren't caused by a bad Officer. They're caused by a company that placed one and walked away.
That's the standard we hold. The fairer question is whether anyone here will vouch that we hold it.
Proof That Stays in the County.
Florida Atlantic University, in Boca Raton, is among the organizations that trust ARDENT, the kind of institution that checks references and holds a standard. Alongside it, ARDENT covers estates and private clients, luxury events, medical practices, and multifamily communities across the county.
"We hired Ardent to protect our neighborhood, they are fantastic about communication and the staff is very friendly. We've noticed a drastic reduction in traffic in the community and have a much better sense of safety when the Ardent team is present."
"Even on short notice Ardent has had officers onsite the next day after we request them. The officers have always been very professional to work with."
Reliable coverage is the promise. One kind of call tests it faster than any other.
When a Fire System Goes Down,
the Clock Is Already Running.
What the code says
Florida follows the state Fire Prevention Code. When a fire alarm is out of service for more than four hours in a day, or a sprinkler system for ten or more, the standard calls for an approved fire watch until it's restored.
A real Fire Watch is a trained person on foot patrol with a written log, and nothing else on their plate. It is not a guard already working the site, and it is not a drive-by.
Who has the final say
Palm Beach County's municipalities publish their own amendments, so the fire official for your building has the final word on what's required. We confirm the requirement with them before the first shift, not after.
If your Officer is doing both regular security and the Fire Watch and a fire official finds out, the site can be treated as having no compliant coverage at all. So we staff it as its own post.
Codes and coverage are the easy things to write down. The questions people actually ask us are more practical.
The Questions People Ask Us First.
How discreet is your Executive Protection?
Discretion is the job. Our Agents plan the advance, handle the transitions that carry the most risk, and protect the person without turning their day into a spectacle. The goal is that the people around your principal never quite register that anyone was working. We'll also tell you honestly when you don't need a standing detail.
Are you local to Palm Beach?
Yes. Our Officers and Agents work Palm Beach properties, from Boca Raton up to Jupiter and out to Wellington. Coverage comes from a team that knows the county, not one meeting it for the first time on your job.
How fast can you get Officers to my property?
For short-notice or emergency guard coverage, we're often on site within 24 hours. For Fire Watch, our fastest start has been under an hour, and a standard setup runs about four hours. Executive Protection details plan best with a little notice, though we can often move within 24 hours when something changes suddenly.
Which Palm Beach cities do you cover?
West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Jupiter, Wellington, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Worth Beach, Royal Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, the Town of Palm Beach, and the rest of the county. If your site is anywhere in Palm Beach County, call us. We very likely cover it, and we'll tell you plainly if we don't.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. There's no flat minimum. Some coverage is a single evening detail, and some runs every day, indefinitely. Tell us what you're dealing with and we'll scope your actual situation, including when it's smaller than you expected.
What does security cost in Palm Beach?
As a general range, unarmed coverage commonly runs $28 to $40 an hour and armed coverage $38 to $55. Executive Protection runs higher and is priced to the detail. The full ranges and the factors that move a quote are covered when you request a site assessment. What you're really paying for is judgment that shows up when it matters.
Most of what a property here needs starts with one of these. A few good pieces of reading can settle the rest.
Worth Knowing Before
You Hire Anyone.
Useful whether or not you ever call us, and just as useful with any provider you're considering.
What People Get Wrong About Executive Protection
It isn't a large person standing near you. It's continuous assessment and advance planning, and the difference is the whole thing you're paying for.
Read itWho Actually Checks On Your Security Officer?
Supervision is the thing every company claims and almost nobody defines. It lays out what a real site check involves, and the question that exposes a company that isn't doing them.
Read itWhy Warm-Body Staffing Fails You, Eventually
It rarely fails on day one. It fails the first night something happens, which is the only night that ever mattered.
