Picking the Right Service.
Do I need to know which service I need before I call?
No. Tell Client Success what is happening, who or what needs protection, and when. They will help separate an on-site coverage need from an investigation, information-exposure concern, or a combination of services.
Do you cover my area of Florida?
Yes. We run coverage statewide, with local teams in Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, Hillsborough, Orange, and Duval counties. If your site is elsewhere in Florida, call us. We very likely cover it, and we'll say plainly if we don't.
I'm not sure which service I actually need. Who do I talk to?
Call Client Success. They're hired out of customer-service backgrounds specifically to solve problems, not close them. Tell them what's going on and they'll tell you which of these fits, or whether it's a combination.
Can one job combine more than one of these, like Event Security and Executive Protection for the same night?
Regularly. A gala with a VIP in the room might need both running at once. We staff it as one coordinated detail with a single point of contact, not two separate vendors who've never spoken.
Are your Officers licensed and insured?
Yes. ARDENT is licensed and insured in Florida, license #B1900411. Every Officer holds a current Class D license and completes 16 hours of ARDENT training on top of the state's 40-hour requirement before they stand a post.
