Privacy Policy
Effective July 14, 2026. Last updated July 14, 2026.
This policy explains what ARDENT Protection collects when you call us, send us a form, or look around our website. It explains why we have it, who else holds a copy of it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us for a copy or ask us to delete it.
Who we are
ARDENT Protection, LLC is a Florida security company. We operate this website. Our address is 4790 Hiatus Rd, Sunrise, FL 33351, and our phone number is (954) 787-3700. We hold Florida Security Agency License #B1900411.
What we collect
Information reaches us in three ways: you send us a form, you call us, or you visit the site and the tags on it count the visit.
When you send us a form
- Your name, your organization, your phone number and your email address.
- The service you need, the county the site is in, and when you need coverage.
- Anything you choose to write in the details box.
- Which pages you looked at on our site before you sent the form.
When you call us
- Your phone number, the number you dialed, the time of the call and how long it lasted.
- A recording of the call, and which page or advertisement the call came from.
When you visit the site
- Which pages you looked at, roughly where you are, the browser and device you used, and how you arrived.
- Advertising click identifiers. If you reach us by clicking one of our advertisements, an identifier is added to the web address (Google uses gclid, wbraid and gbraid; Microsoft uses msclkid). If you then send a form, that identifier is stored in a hidden field with your form so we can tell which advertisement produced a real request.
The information in the third group is collected by cookies and tags. Analytics and advertising cookies stay switched off until you agree to them. Our Cookie Policy sets out each one.
We do not ask for information about your health, your finances, your race, your religion or your politics, and we have no use for it. If any of that reaches us, it is because you chose to tell us.
Why we have it
- To call you back, answer your question and quote the work.
- To provide and manage the service if you become a client.
- To check the quality of the service you received and to train our team.
- To see which pages and which advertisements produce real calls and requests, so we know what to keep paying for.
- To meet our legal, tax, insurance and licensing obligations.
Recorded calls
Florida is a two-party consent state. In plain terms, a phone call may be recorded when everyone on the call has been told about the recording and continues with it. One side deciding on its own is not enough. That is why we tell you before you dial rather than after, in the footer of every page, on the contact form, and here.
Calls to and from ARDENT Protection may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes. By calling us, you consent to that recording.
Recordings are heard by a limited number of ARDENT staff for quality and training. They are not published, they are not sold, and they are not used in our marketing. If you would rather not be recorded, use the contact form instead. It reaches the same team and nothing on it is recorded.
Who else holds it
We do not sell your information, and we do not give it to anyone to use for their own marketing. We do use outside companies to run our phones, our forms and our advertising, and each of them holds part of your information to do that job for us:
- HubSpot runs the contact form and stores the record it creates, including what you wrote and which pages you read before you sent it.
- CallTrackingMetrics runs our phone numbers and the call recording. It holds your number, the time and length of the call, the recording, and which page or advertisement the call came from. It is also what changes the phone number shown on the site, so the number you see may differ from the one someone else sees. The same team answers either way.
- Google loads our tags, counts visits to the site, and ties an advertising click back to a call or a form. Some information sent to Google for that last purpose is scrambled first, so it can be matched to a click without Google being handed a readable email address.
- Microsoft does the same job for advertising on Bing.
We also use ordinary business systems, such as email and accounting software, to run the company.
When we share it for other reasons
- Lawful process. If a court, a regulator or law enforcement lawfully requires us to hand something over, we hand it over.
- A sale of the business. If ARDENT is ever sold or merged, client and prospect records go with the business.
- Protecting people. If we reasonably believe it is needed to prevent harm, or to establish or defend a legal claim, we may share what is necessary.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are working together, and for a period after that, because tax records, insurance and legal claims outlive the job itself. When information is no longer needed for the reasons above, we delete it. If you ask us to delete something sooner, we will, unless a law, a signed contract or an open claim requires us to keep a copy. If that is the case, we will tell you plainly instead of quietly keeping it.
How we protect it
Your information is held in systems that require a login, and access is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system anywhere is perfectly safe, and a security company claiming otherwise would be the first thing you should not believe. If information is ever exposed, we will tell the people affected and do what the law requires.
Children
This site is built for people hiring a security company. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- See what we hold. Ask us, and we will tell you what we have and where it came from. If there is a call recording, you can ask for a copy of it.
- Correct it. If something we hold is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
- Delete it. Ask, and we will delete it, subject to the retention rules above.
- Turn the tracking off. Analytics and advertising cookies are off until you agree to them, and you can change your mind at any time using Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page. The site works either way.
- Stop hearing from us. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us by phone.
You do not need a reason to ask, we will not charge you for asking, and we will confirm when it is done.
Links to other sites
Some links take you to websites we do not run. Once you leave, that company's rules apply, not ours.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of it changes too. If a change is significant, we will say what changed rather than quietly reissue the document.
